b. Arbitration Clause
If you are a resident outside of Germany, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
c. Waiver of Jury Trial
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.
